Today we met to discuss further plans on our trip. We agreed on a few modifications. The first and most important was a change on the dates. Our compatriots whom we were going to meet in Tanzania after they descend Mount Kilimanjaro moved their dates forward affecting the logistics of how and when we would meet. Tumi suddenly had an unexpected increase in the volume of work at his company, good anyway as this means more money for futre trips.I on the other hand was only too grateful for the extra time to finalize things in my business.
So today we worked through the to do list for the trip. We ticked off all the items we already have and agreed on a date to get the balance of the stuff done. At this point we have just had our bikes serviced. Mine at 40000kms and Tumi at 29000kms.
check the list on top left. I wonder just how all of this stuff is going to fit on the bikes.
